Ayvon is a banquet hall and summer restaurant on the bank of the Rowing Canal in the eastern part of the Silk Road Samarkand complex. Its two-story hall with panoramic windows seats about 500 guests and stands right on the water, surrounded by open-air tables and waterside gazebos. The menu features Uzbek and European cuisine. The venue hosts weddings and celebrations, and in the warm season (March–September) guests can rent a gazebo with a grill. There is a children’s playground nearby.
